This amaranth variety is a benchmark of versatility. Registered in the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine since 2001 as a medicinal crop, it is widely utilized in the food industry, agriculture, and pharmacology.

Key Characteristics:

• Type: Mid-season, universal application (food, fodder, grain, and medicinal).

• Growing Season: 90–95 days.

• Plant Height: Robust stalks reaching 160–300 cm.

• Grain: Light-colored, high quality. Advantage: Shatter-resistant (does not shed grain prematurely).

• Oil Content: High concentration — from 6% to 11% in seeds.

Sowing Recommendations:

Amaranth is a thermophilic (heat-loving) crop; sowing should only occur once the soil has warmed up significantly.

• Row Spacing: 45 cm or 70 cm.

• Sowing Rate:

  • With 45 cm spacing — 1.5 kg/ha.

  • With 70 cm spacing — 1.0 kg/ha.

• Plant Density: 8–10 productive plants per linear meter of the row.
